What You’ll Learn:

This advanced manicure course focuses on intentional, safe, and controlled e-file preparation, including:

• Advanced combination manicure workflow.

• Correct e-file angles, RPMs, and pressure control.

• Bit selection and when to change technique.

• Adapting prep for normal, dry, and sensitive skin types.

• Safe cuticle and proximal nail fold work.

• Preventing over-filing, heat spikes, and skin trauma.

• Creating clean, professional cuticle lines suitable for enhancements.

Strong emphasis is placed on understanding why techniques are used — not just copying steps.

Assessment & Certification:

This is an assessed course, with certification issued after successful completion.

To receive your certificate, you must submit three (3) case studies within three months of the training date.

Each case study must be completed on a live model and cover a different skin type:

• Normal

• Dry

• Sensitive

Extensive photo and video evidence is required to demonstrate safe practice, correct adaptation, and maintained nail and skin integrity.

Certificates are awarded only once competency is confirmed.

​Terms and Conditions

Booking & Payment

• Full payment of £300 is required at the time of booking.

• Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Payment plans are available — please enquire.

• Your training date will be confirmed via email once payment is received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• One reschedule is permitted with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

• Cancellations within 7 days of your booked date will result in the session being forfeited.

Eligibility

• This training is for qualified nail professionals only.

• Proof of qualification may be requested prior to attendance.

​

On the Day

• Training runs from 10:00am – 4:00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

• Students must bring a full kit.

• A required tools list will be emailed prior to the course.

• Students will work on themselves — no product should be on the nails.

Certification Policy

Certificates are issued upon successful completion, which requires:

• Full attendance.

• Safe practical performance.

• Satisfactory understanding of theory.

• Completion of three case studies on different skin types within 3 months.

​

Certificates may be withheld if:

• Unsafe practice is observed.

• Entry requirements are not met.

• Case studies are not submitted within the required timeframe.

Case Study Submission Timeframe

• Case studies must be submitted within 3 months.

• Extensions may be granted at the tutor’s discretion and must be requested in writing.

• Each additional month incurs a £70 administration fee if you opt in to extend your timeframe.

Conduct

• Professional behaviour is expected at all times.

• Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave without refund.

• Audio or video recording is not permitted unless agreed in advance.
