Terms & Conditions

 

Booking & Payment

    •    A full payment of £300 is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

    •    Spaces are limited and booked on a first-come-first-served basis.

    •    Payment plans are available. Please contact me to discuss your options.

    •    Once payment is received, your date will be confirmed via email.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

    •    All bookings are non-refundable.

    •    In the event you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your session once with a minimum of 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

    •    Cancellations made within 7 days of your booked date will result in the session being forfeited.

 

Eligibility

    •    This training is suitable for qualified nail professionals only. Proof of qualification may be requested prior to attendance.

 

On the Day

    •    Training runs from 10:00am to 4:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.

    •    Lunch is provided — please inform me of any dietary requirements at least 7 days before your session.

    •    All necessary products and tools for training will be available to use, but you’re welcome to bring your own if preferred.

    •    Personalised 1:1 guidance and demonstrations.

    •    Certificate of attendance.

    •    Ongoing follow-up support.

    •    A tailored gift to support your learning focus (e.g. professional tools or nail art products).

Conduct

    •    Professional behaviour is expected at all times. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

    •    Video or audio recording during the session is not permitted unless agreed in advance.

Liability

    •    While every effort is made to ensure your safety during training, Glamourphile cannot accept responsibility for any injuries, loss, or damage to personal property incurred during the session or in transit.
